Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use our website or request biohazard cleanup services from Nashville 24/7 Biohazard Management.

Effective September 24, 2026Last updated September 24, 2026Nashville, Tennessee

1.Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of nashville247biohazardmanagement.com (the “Site”) and the biohazard, trauma, crime scene, sewage, hoarding, decontamination and related cleanup services (the “Services”) provided by Nashville 24/7 Biohazard Management (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or requesting Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or request Services.

A signed work authorization, estimate or service agreement for a specific job controls over these Terms if the two conflict.

2.Website use

The Site provides general information about our Services. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Information on the Site is general in nature and is not medical, legal, insurance or safety advice for your specific situation. Descriptions of response times, coverage and processes are typical, not guaranteed.

3.Requesting service

You may request Services by phone or email. Before work begins we will describe the scope of work and provide a quote or estimate, and we may ask you to sign a work authorization. By authorizing work, you confirm that you are the owner of the property or are legally authorized by the owner, estate, landlord or other responsible party to approve the work.

Where law enforcement, a medical examiner or another authority is involved, we will not begin work until the scene has been released.

4.Estimates and changes in scope

Biohazard contamination is often hidden below visible surfaces. Estimates are based on the conditions we can observe and the information you provide. If we discover additional contamination, damaged materials or conditions that change the work, we will tell you before performing additional billable work whenever reasonably possible.

5.Pricing, payment and insurance

Prices are provided per job. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. When the job is covered by insurance and the policy allows, we may bill the carrier directly; however, you remain responsible for any deductible, any amount the carrier does not pay, and any work outside the covered scope. We may charge reasonable late fees and collection costs allowed by Tennessee law on past-due balances.

6.Access and site conditions

You agree to provide safe, lawful access to the property during scheduled work and to tell us about known hazards, such as weapons, pets, structural issues, sharps or chemicals. We may pause or refuse work if conditions are unsafe, access is denied, or we are asked to do anything unlawful.

7.Removal and disposal of materials

Cleanup often requires removing and disposing of contaminated materials, which may include carpet, pad, flooring, drywall, furniture, mattresses, bedding and personal belongings that cannot be safely decontaminated. By authorizing work, you authorize the removal and disposal of materials within the agreed scope. Please tell us in advance about any items you want set aside or saved. Regulated medical waste and sharps are handled through licensed medical waste transport and cannot be returned.

8.Results and odor

We perform Services using industry-accepted methods for containment, removal, cleaning, disinfection and deodorization. Because every situation is different, we cannot guarantee that every stain, odor or trace of contamination can be eliminated from materials that remain, or that surfaces will be restored to their original appearance. Repairs, reconstruction, painting and replacement of removed materials are not included unless stated in writing.

9.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Services or the Site is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of use, rent, income or sentimental value. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Tennessee law.

10.Website disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

11.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or any authorization you provide that you did not have the legal right to give.

12.Cancellations

You may cancel scheduled Services by contacting us. If a crew has already been dispatched or work has begun, you will be responsible for work performed, materials used, and reasonable mobilization and disposal costs incurred up to the time of cancellation.

13.Confidentiality

We treat the details of every job as confidential. We arrive in unmarked vehicles, do not discuss the nature of the work with neighbors, tenants or bystanders, and do not use job photos or details in advertising. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

14.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms, the Site or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing any claim, both parties agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other.

15.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Changes apply to Site use and to Services requested after the updated Terms are posted.
