1.Who we are

Nashville 24/7 Biohazard Management (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides biohazard, trauma, crime scene and related cleanup services in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you visit nashville247biohazardmanagement.com (the “Site”), call or email us, or use our services.

We understand that people often contact us during the worst moments of their lives. Discretion is part of our job, and it applies to your information as much as it does to our work on site.

2.Information we collect

Information you give us. When you call, email or request service, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, the service address, details about the situation, insurance carrier and claim information, property owner or manager details, and billing information.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and its hosting provider automatically collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and the date and time of your visit.

Information from others. We may receive information about a job from property managers, insurance adjusters, funeral homes, family members or other parties who request or arrange service on your behalf.

3.How we use information

  • To respond to your call or message and dispatch a crew
  • To assess, quote, schedule, perform and document cleanup work
  • To communicate with insurance carriers, adjusters, property owners or managers when you ask us to or when needed to complete the job
  • To send invoices, process payment and keep business records
  • To comply with legal, regulatory, safety and waste-disposal recordkeeping obligations
  • To maintain, secure and improve the Site

We do not use information about the nature of an incident for marketing, and we never publish job details, photos or addresses that could identify you or your property.

4.Photos and job documentation

We routinely photograph affected areas before, during and after cleanup. These photos are used to document the scope of work, support insurance claims and maintain quality records. They are kept confidential, shared only with you and the parties you authorize (such as your insurance carrier or property manager), and are not used for advertising.

5.How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

  • With insurance carriers, adjusters, property owners or managers when you authorize it or when it is necessary to complete the job you requested
  • With service providers who help us operate, such as licensed medical waste transporters, payment processors, email, phone and website hosting providers, bound to use it only for those purposes
  • When required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, safety or property of our clients, staff or the public
  • In connection with a sale, merger or reorganization of our business, subject to this Policy

6.Cookies and analytics

The Site is hosted on Squarespace, which uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, keep it secure and measure traffic. We may also use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the Site. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; the Site will still work without non-essential cookies.

7.Data retention

We keep job records, photos, invoices and disposal documentation for as long as needed to complete the service, support insurance claims, meet tax and regulatory requirements, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

8.How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, and we limit access to people who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you non-essential communications. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep certain records where the law requires it or where they relate to an open job, claim or payment.

10.Children's privacy

The Site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11.Third-party links

The Site may link to websites we do not control, such as maps, insurance carriers or government resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.

12.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
