Ozone & Hydroxyl Treatment in Nashville

After the odor source is removed, professional deodorization equipment treats what remains in the air and structure. We choose the right method for your space and safety.

  • Ozone treatment
  • Hydroxyl generators
  • Homes & vehicles
  • Safety-first

What is the difference between ozone and hydroxyl treatment?

Ozone generators produce ozone gas, which reacts with odor molecules. Ozone is a lung irritant, so it is only used in unoccupied spaces, and people, pets and plants must stay out until the area is ventilated. Hydroxyl generators produce hydroxyl radicals that also break down odors and are generally used for longer treatments where some occupancy may be possible, following the manufacturer's guidance.

Equipment is the last step, not the first

Deodorization equipment works best after contaminated materials are removed and surfaces are cleaned. Used alone, it may reduce odor temporarily but the source will keep producing it.

We pick the method based on the odor, the space and who needs to be there. Ozone is fast and powerful but requires the space to be empty. Hydroxyl treatment is slower but more flexible.
